New HVAC training based on popular
book “No Ducks in the Attic” becomes seminar.
|
Rich Schuster, author of “No Ducks in the Attic, and other
Basics of HVAC Installation” and other industry books, announces
the formation of No Ducks Seminars. Based on the namesake book,
the author will conduct live seminars in cities throughout the
East Coast focusing on commonly overlooked topics for HVAC
installers and service technicians.
As owners of service companies
struggle to attract and maintain qualified field technicians,
Schuster intends to supply the information required to fill in the
gaps commonly ignored by trainers.

“Everyone teaches refrigeration theory and how to diagnose an
electrical short, but you don’t see trainers teaching things like
basic equipment and duct sizing, the causes of common call backs, or
why companies need to charge as much as they do.”
By covering topics like these and more, the author claims to help
create more confident, efficient, and profitable employees.
No Ducks Seminars begins in Newburgh, NY, Danbury, CT, and Paramus,
NJ, with additional dates and locations to be added regularly.
