The Granite Group opens its 27th
Branch Location.

37 Commerce Avenue, South Burlington Vermont
On September 9, 2013 The Granite Group opened its 27th branch
location, the first to be known as a Granite Group "On The Go"
location. The Granite Group will continue to have a full service
branch and Ultimate Bath Store at 180 Flynn Avenue in
Burlington.

An "On The Go" branch
is a smaller location with more pinpoint inventory representing the
needs of the local contractors that will be supporting it. "The
Granite Group had many conversations with our local clients prior to
the inventory being initially placed and we fully expect the
conversation over what we stock to continue. We have laid out and
labeled the shelves and racking in such a way that the location
offers the option of either traditional counter service or
self-serve" explains Chris Ploss V.P. of Branch Operations and Sales
for The Granite Group.
On The Go South Burlington is a local pick up location. Deliveries
for the greater Burlington area will continue from the Flynn Avenue
branch location.
